MIC is a leading training and consulting company under Toyota group with the caliber to provide tailored solutions in manufacturing management and performance improvement through TPS (Toyota Production System) approaches to domestic and oversea customers from middle size to the first-class in major manufacturing industries. MIC is in Gifu prefecture in Japan, and its training facility is located at a site which is 30 minutes' drive from Nagoya international airport and the capacity of MIC training facility is 80 trainees a day, where lecture, handson practice, factory visiting and actual workshop training are provided.

About Japan Industrial Training Association
Japan Industrial Technology Association (JITA) was founded by Japan Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Health,Labor and Welfare and Japan Business Federation on 13 July, 1955, focusing on trainer and consultant training, researching anddeveloping methods of management training. She introduced TWI, MTP, CCS and other training courses from the US in the 1950s. JITA is the only organization consigned by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare to spread TWI (Training within Industry), and the onlycertified organization in Japan to develop TWI trainers. For the past more than 50 years, JITA has trained more than 17,000 supervisorsand managers with TWI. Now JITA is making efforts in spreading TWI all over the world.
